GRADE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

TO ASSIGN GRADES

1. TO ACCESS CAMPUSWEB   
Go to the Queens website:  www.queens.edu
Go to the Registrar’s page:  Administrative Offices  /  Registrar
Click on the “For Faculty Use” link
(on the left)
Click on “Click Here to Access your Grade Lists”

2. Login to CampusWeb
Type your User Name
Type your Password
Click on the Login button

3.  Click on the Faculty link

4.  Change the Selected Term 
Pull down the drop down menu
Choose the current term
Click on the Change button

5.  Access a Class List (you must access the class list prior to entering the grades)
Find the course.
Click on the View link.

6. Access Grade Entry (this option is only available during the grade entry period)
Click on the Go button.

7. Enter Grades
Important Reminders
:

·   Assign an “F” to those students who NEVER ATTENDED or ABANDONED (stopped attending) your class.

·   A “W” will appear if a student has already OFFICIALLY WITHDRAWN from the class. You need to do nothing for these students.
 

Pull down the drop down menu.

Select the grade.

8.   Submit Grades
Click on the Update Grades button.
Click on the Submit Grades button. 
(Note: Once grades have been submitted on-line, any grade change must be performed by the instructor in the Office of the Registrar).

9.   Print the Grade List (1 for yourself, 1 for the Office of the Registrar – see Step 11 below)
Click on the Back button (at the bottom of the screen, not the browser’s back button).
Click on “Reformat as a printable page” button
(this will open a new window).
Reset the right and left margins to ( .25 ). 
(You must reset the margins to prevent the possible loss of critical information).
Click on the Print tab.
Click on the “X”
(to close the print window).

10.  Logout of CampusWeb
Click on the Logout link.
Click on the “X”
(to close the browser).

11. Submit a signed and printed copy of the Grade List(s) to the Office of the Registrar.
Mail to: Office of the Registrar, Queens University of Charlotte, Charlotte, NC  28274   or
Fax to: 704.337.2218   or
Hand Deliver to Jernigan101,
Queens Campus 

The printed copy must include:

   Your name printed at the top.
·
   Your signature and the date on the bottom.
·
   LAST DATE OF ATTENDANCE:  Please help Queens stay in compliance with the federal requirement that requires we report the LAST DATE OF ATTENDANCE for all students who NEVER ATTENDED or ABANDONED (stopped attending) your class(es).  Please write this date to the right of the “F” you awarded them.
·
   An Incomplete Form attached (for each “I” awarded).  You may obtain an Incomplete Form by linking to
