Fall 2007
Class Lists are now available.
The Class List process
contains 2 steps:
STEP 1: ADD / DROP MONITORING.
PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS MEETING
print a copy of your class list for your use in taking roll, etc. for the first
week of class. You may find it helpful to print a new class list prior to each
class meeting for the first few weeks of class in order to keep track of
students adding and dropping your class. IMPORTANT NOTE: If a student
IS ATTENDING but NOT LISTED ON YOUR CLASS LIST, please send him/her to the
Registrar immediately. A student cannot attend your
class if he/she is not registered for it. And, if not properly registered for
the class, the student risks not receiving a grade at the end of the term.
STEP 2:
REPORT REMAING DISCREPANCIES TO THE REGISTRAR.
ON THURSDAY AUGUST 30 (Daytime classes)
and ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 13 (Evening classes)
print another
copy of your class list and during your next class meeting carefully review this
list for
discrepancies (listed below).
Please do not use a copy of your class list printed prior to August
30/September 13 for this purpose as that list may not reflect all changes to
your class enrollment (adds/drops).
(1) If a student IS ATTENDING but NOT LISTED ON YOUR CLASS LIST, please add the
name to your class list and send him/her to the Registrar ASAP in order to
properly register for the class. A student cannot
attend your class if he/she is not registered for it. And, if not properly
registered for the class, the student risks not receiving a grade at the end of
the term.
(2) If a student IS LISTED ON YOUR CLASS LIST but IS NOT ATTENDING, please note
that on the class list so that we can contact the student to drop the class, if
necessary.
ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 7 (Daytime classes)
and ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER
21 (Evening classes)
turn in your
August 30/September 13 Class List with all discrepancies clearly noted on it.
We will research all discrepancies and resolve them to the best of our
abilities.
