Charlotte Female Institute 1871. This institution is located in a
retired and pleasant portion of the city of Charlotte, N.C., and commences
its Fourteenth Annual Session on the 2nd of October, 1871, and continues until
the 30th June, 1872.
It has been in successful operation for fourteen years, and during that time, has maintained a high standard of Scholarship, and is now prepared to afford young Ladies opportunities for acquiring a finished education in all the branches usually taught in first-class Female Seminaries, and the Principal will spare neither labor nor expense to have thorough instructions given in all the departments.
