Hardware and Software Support


If you are a staff or faculty member and are having problems with hardware or software configurations call I.T. Services at x2323 and initiate a work order for support. A tech will be assigned to troubleshoot and resolve your problem. Incidents will be assign in FIFO order. Before calling have the following information available:

1. Your name, department and phone number
2. Building location and room number
3. Exact nature of your problem
4. Any error messages received
5. Brand of computer and operating system used
(Windows 98, 2000, XP). To determine - right click on My Computer on your desktop and select PROPERTIES

If you have questions on how to use administrative software you should contact the appropriate module coordinator for the software in question. If your not sure who to call, contact I.T. Services and we will put you in contact with the appropriate person.
