Outlook Global Address Lists

The Outlook/Exchange Global Address List (GAL) now contains the email addresses of all users with Queens email accounts including students.  However there is also a separate address list you can use that contains only “Faculty & Staff” and another that contains only “Student” addresses.  You can switch between them as needed.

You may want to set the Faculty & Staff Address List as your default address list.  To do this select Tools – Options from the Address Book.

Then select Faculty & Staff in the field “Show this address list first:”.

Click OK to confirm.
