Academic Resource |
Queen's Center for Academic Success, located in
lower level of Dana, is available to all students. The Center offers tutoring
and assistance with writing assignments in Business and
non-Business courses. The Center also offers free workshops on topics
such as time management, note taking, public speaking and
organization. The Center is open to all students.

| Career Services: | Queens
University of Charlotte's Internships and Career Programs, located
in the Blair House, is available to all undergraduate and graduate students. The Center offers
workshops and one-on-one assistance in areas that include, but are
not limited to, job searches (full time, part-time, and
internships), resume preparation, and mock interviews. All
internships must be approved by Internships and Career Programs.

Leaders In Action Lecture Series and Social: |
The McColl School of Business is
pleased to announce the 2009-2010 Leaders in Action Lecture
Series schedule. Our speakers will integrate business knowledge
and leadership skills, focusing on competence, character and
commitment to community. Each lecture is from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the
Sykes Auditorium in the basement of the Sykes Learning Center.
All lectures will be preceded by a social for all pre-business,
business, and MBA students in the Sykes Rotunda from 5:00 to 5:30
PM.
All students are invited to take advantage of these opportunities to hear from leaders with different backgrounds, employers, and leadership styles and philosophies.
