Academic Resource
Center: |
Queen's Academic Resource Center in McEwen,
Room 113, is available to all students. The ARC offers tutoring in Business and
non-Business courses. The Center offers free workshops on topics
such as time management, note taking, public speaking and
organization.
The ARC also offers assistance related to
writing assignments. If you would like writing related assistance,

Career Services: |
Queens
University of Charlotte's Internships and Career Programs, located
in the Blair House, is available to all undergraduate and graduate students. The Center offers
workshops and one-on-one assistance in areas that include, but are
not limited to, job searches (full time, part-time, and
internships), resume preparation, and mock interviews. All
internships must be approved by Internships and Career Programs.

Leaders In Action
Lecture Series and Social: |
The McColl School of Business is
pleased to announce the 2008-2009 Leaders in Action Lecture
Series schedule. Our speakers will integrate business knowledge
and leadership skills, focusing on competence, character and
commitment to community. Each lecture is from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the
Sykes Auditorium in the basement of the Sykes Learning Center.
All lectures will be preceded by a social for all pre-business,
business, and MBA students in the Sykes Rotunda from 5:00 to 5:30
PM.
All students are
invited to take advantage of these opportunities to hear from
leaders with different backgrounds, employers, and leadership styles
