Psychology

The Psychology Major at Queens University of Charlotte is designed to give students a broad background in the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Among the general areas in which students may choose courses are counseling psychology, developmental psychology, and experimental psychology. Because of the analytical skills learned, the Psychology Major is especially useful to students planning careers in guidance and counseling, mental health and rehabilitation, personnel work, research, and teaching.
